The App is designed for telecalling on prospects and offers functionalities such as telecalling from the app, call logging on web servers, call recording (available for selected devices), attendance marking with a selfie, and communication features like SMS, phone, and WhatsApp.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old.

2. Registration

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to register with us by providing your mobile number, email address, your full name, and company name.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.

We will not use the registration details provided for marketing purposes.

3. Permissions

The App requires certain permissions to function properly, including access to calls, external storage, contacts, notifications, camera, and call logs. By using the App, you grant these permissions as necessary for its operation.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Third Party Services

The App utilizes Google Firebase for notifications, Google Sheets for reporting purposes and Crashlytics for crash reporting. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

All intellectual property rights in the App and its content belong to us or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or content provided through the App.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the App.

Your continued use of the App after the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
