Samvad Telecaller app is a Sim based Tele calling app for Android. Hence its supports only Android Devices.
Samvad also has web application for managers, which allows them to monitor & analyse activities of Telecallers.
To ensure smooth operation of Samvad, your device should adhere to the specifications and settings that supports call recording feature of Samvad.
To ensure your device is supported, make sure you read the article till the end.
Note: The Web Application is designed for managers to monitor and analyze the efforts of telecallers and does not support calling functionality.
On your mobile devices, the auto call recording must be enable or else the calls would’t get recorded.
To ensure it is enable, open your call dialer app and navigate to app’s settings.
There you will see Call Recording option, from there enable Record all Calls.
The last step to ensure the call recordings gets synced or fetched into Samvad is selecting the call recording path.
Samvad needs storage permission to access & fetch the call recordings, so grant the permission if you haven’t done yet.
To do this, again open Call Configuration settings of Samvad Telecaller App, and then first grant the storage access permission.
And then under call recording path, tap on Select Path button to provide exact path of your Call Recordings.
